Conceived within a historically layered urban fabric, the project responds to its surroundings through a restrained architectural language that balances modern living with contextual sensitivity. The design emphasizes clarity of massing, well-proportioned openings, and a material palette that feels grounded and timeless.
The building is planned to maximize natural light and ventilation while creating comfortable, efficient living spaces. Careful attention is given to circulation, privacy, and everyday usability, ensuring that each residence feels calm and connected despite its dense urban setting.
