Rajmudra Residence is a thoughtfully designed private residence in Baner, Pune, envisioned as a calm urban retreat that reconnects everyday living with nature. Designed by our team of architects and residential interior designers, this project reflects a seamless blend of sustainable residential architecture, luxury home design, and climate-responsive planning in Pune. Integrated green pockets and an urban farm allow vegetation to become an active part of the spatial experience, enhancing both well-being and environmental connection.

Planned for a retired government officer seeking serenity and flexibility, the lower floors are designed to adapt to changing users while maintaining a private living realm above—an approach rooted in functional space planning and modern residential architecture.

The architecture responds sensitively to site and climate conditions through natural ventilation, passive daylighting, and rainwater management systems, especially suited for the flood-prone terrain in Pune.
