Modular Workspace Design | Commercial Interiors

The Work Pods project was designed as a flexible, human-centric workspace solution for Sum Shilp, responding to the evolving needs of contemporary offices. Conceived as compact yet comfortable micro-environments, the pods provide focused work zones within open-plan settings — balancing privacy with connectivity. The design emphasizes clean geometry, soft material palettes, and integrated lighting to create calm, distraction-free spaces that support productivity without feeling enclosed.

Each pod is planned as a modular system, allowing easy adaptation across different office layouts and scales. Attention was given to acoustic comfort, ergonomic proportions, and visual lightness, ensuring the units feel welcoming while remaining efficient. The project reflects SAT Design Studio’s approach to workplace design — creating adaptable environments that prioritize user comfort, spatial clarity, and thoughtful detailing within commercial contexts.
