The Work Pods project was designed as a flexible, human-centric office interior design solution in Pune for Sum Shilp, responding to the evolving needs of modern office spaces and commercial interiors in Pune. Conceived as compact yet comfortable micro-environments, the pods provide focused work zones within open-plan office layouts—balancing privacy with connectivity. The design emphasizes clean geometry, soft material palettes, and integrated lighting to create calm, distraction-free spaces that support productivity in corporate office environments.

Each pod is planned as a modular office design system, allowing easy adaptation across different office layouts and scales. Attention was given to acoustic comfort, ergonomic workspace design, and efficient space planning, ensuring the units feel welcoming while remaining highly functional. The project reflects SAT Design Studio’s approach to office interior design in Pune and workplace design, creating adaptable environments that prioritize user comfort, spatial clarity, and thoughtful detailing within commercial office spaces in Pune.
